Police took to social media to try and identify a man suspected of robbing Northwest Bank in Lorain around 10:30 a.m. Saturday morning.
On a Facebook post, Lorain County Crime Scene Identification asked for the public's help in identifying the man suspected of robbing the bank. Police described him as a black man in his 20s, with a medium build and standing about 5 feet 9 inches tall.
The man can be seen in surveillance photographs wearing a pink Nike sweatshirt and black pants. Police say he left the bank on foot. Photos show the man walking to a teller with his hood up, presenting them with a notebook and leaving with a stack of cash. Police did not say if the man was armed during the robbery.
