Two people were charged with conspiracy to manufacture meth and bound over to the Lorain County grand jury on Thursday, according to Vermilion police.
Casey L. Chess, 40, and Chara Jakubisin, 37, were charged, but both pled not guilty.
Officers wore protective gear to process the scene at 251 Fairfax Road because the chemicals involved in the alleged meth production process are volatile.
