Police investigating fatal motorcycle crash in Lorain

Police are investigating a motorcycle crash that left one dead in Lorain on Saturday afternoon. 

Lorain police responded to the intersection of Meister Road and Sherwood Drive on Saturday afternoon at approximately 2:15 p.m.  

The crash took place when a Kia Soul that was driving eastbound approached the intersection and a Honda motorcycle was traveling westbound. The driver of the Kia Soul, 58-year-old, Tami Brandon turned left and collided with the motorcycle. The driver, 28-year-old, Anthony Davis, was ejected.

Brandon was uninjured and released from the scene. Davis was taken to Mercy Regional Medical Center and pronounced dead on arrival. Davis was wearing a helmet at the time of the crash.
