RAVENNA, Ohio — A local animal shelter is at capacity.
The Portage Animal Protective League said kittens keep coming in, but adoptions are down.
It costs $65 to adopt a kitten.
All cats and dogs at the shelter are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, microchipped and come with a free wellness exam.
The dog adoption fee is $125.
