MANSFIELD, Ohio — Mansfield police are investigating a drive-by shooting that injured three, including a 71-year-old woman.
Police said the shooting happened on Louise Avenue before 3 p.m. Tuesday.
According to police, the shots came from a dark-colored vehicle. Investigators said it appears a dark-colored vehicle approached the victims and an unknown person or persons inside a vehicle open fired.
The 71-year-old was transported to the hospital in critical condition.
A 16-year-old boy and 22-year-old man suffered serious from non-life-threatening injuries.
Police said there are some inconsistencies concerning the incident.
