A woman told the Richland County Sheriff's Office she had been kidnapped and sexually assaulted for days, according to a police report.
On Monday, deputies were dispatched to the 2600 block of Possum Run Road for an alleged kidnapping and sexual assault, police said.
Police were told the victim was allegedly kidnapped near her residence on Possum Run Road and was taken to Kettering, Ohio on Friday.
While at her home, the victim was allegedly sexually and physically assaulted by her ex-boyfriend, according to police. She was then returned to her residence by the suspect that evening.
Police said the victim told them she had been kidnapped and sexually assaulted for several days. She was treated and released from Ohio Health.
The suspect, police said, was identified as 34-year-old Craig Hamrock, of Beavercreek. Deputies worked with Kettering police on the investigation. Police obtained a search warrant to look for evidence.
Police explained while executing the Warrant, evidence was found related to the victim's allegation. Drugs were also discovered, which prompted an additional search warrant to be obtained and executed.
Kettering police arrested Hamrock and put him in jail for drug charges.
This incident is still under investigation.
