The owners of a Canton brewery supply company that failed to fulfill orders to breweries across the country have filed for bankruptcy.
Jason and Amanda Spurrell, who owned SysTech Stainless Works, filed for Chapter 13 bankruptcy last month.
The company has faced several accusations and lawsuits from breweries that claim SysTech Stainless Works sold them faulty equipment.

The company unexpectedly went out of business in last September, affecting customers from Michigan to Florida to California.
In court documents obtained in January from the Ohio Attorney's General's Office, breweries claimed losses from $29,000 to $51,000. Many businesses that placed deposits for equipment never received it.
The FBI took over the investigation from local and state authorities.
