A juvenile is in custody after an assault that resulted in a man's death Sunday in Massillon.
Perry Township police responded around 2:42 p.m. to Hinderer Avenue SW after the township's fire department asked for assistance with an unresponsive man.
Police say there was a domestic incident inside the home that turned into an assault.
A man was transported from the home to Aultman Hospital where he later died.
A juvenile from the home was taken into custody. Police say charges were expected to be filed Sunday evening.
