A road rage incident in Perry Township on Tuesday landed one victim in the hospital.

Two trucks drove up to a business on Lincolnway East containing a drive through, according to Perry Township Police. Officers say one of the trucks entered the drive through and as it was pulling out of the business, the driver was confronted by the driver of the other truck.

Police say there was a short argument followed by gunfire. Both drivers fled the area.

The victim was found at Aultman Hospital where he drove himself to get medical attention.

Juan Benito Caro-Silva was ultimately arrested and booked into the Stark County Jail. He is charged with attempted murder, felonious assault and carrying concealed weapons.
