The man was reported missing at around 10:15 a.m.
The man was last seen at his home on Seneca Trail SW in the city of Hartville.
The man is described by police as 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighs about 180 pounds. He has gray hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a gray T-shirt and black jeans. The man suffers from dementia, according to authorities.
The man drives a silver 2013 Chevrolet Spark with the license plate GIW2617.
Anyone with information about his whereabouts is asked to call 911.
