After announcing he would decline going to the induction ceremony at the Pro Football Hall of Fame in Canton, 6-time Pro Bowl wide receiver Terrell Owens announced where he will give his Hall of Fame speech.

Owens announced on Twitter that he will be giving his speech at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga in McKenzie Arena on Saturday, Aug. 4.

In early June, Owens said he would not attend the 2018 enshrinement festivities in August, noting he wanted to "celebrate one of the most memorable days" elsewhere.

The other members of the Class of 2018 are Bobby Beathard, Robert Brazile, Brian Dawkins, Jerry Kramer, Ray Lewis, Randy Moss and Brian Urlacher.
