SAGAMORE HILLS, Ohio - A 16-year-old boy was seriously injured when he was shot with a pellet gun while doing yard work earlier this week.
The shooting happened on North Boyden Road in Sagamore Hills on Monday. According to police, the teen was using a weed wacker on the lawn when a car pulled up and a person got out and shot him with a Pumpmaster 760 pellet gun.
The teen was transported to a local hospital with serious injuries. Authorities said they have identified the people in the car, and arrests and charges are pending.
