52-year-old Twinsburg man dies after losing control of his motorcycle

TWINSBURG, Ohio — Authorities in Summit County are investigating after a 52-year-old man died after losing control of his motorcycle in Twinsburg, according to a release from the Summit County Sheriff's Office.

The Summit Metro Crash Response Team responded to the intersection of Ravenna and Old Mill roads in Twinsburg after a report of a motorcycle crash.

The 52-year-old man from Twinsburg lost control of his motorcycle and was thrown off of it, authorities said in the release.

Authorities pronounced him dead at the scene. Local roads were closed for approximately four hours.

The crash remains under investigation.
