STOW, Ohio — A 98-year-old woman who died in a Summit County crash on Tuesday has been identified.
The woman has been identified as Anna F. Zupko, according to the Stow Police Department.
The crash happened around 12:16 p.m. on State Route 8 near Steels Corners Road, authorities said.
Zupko was traveling in a 2019 Jeep Cherokee, driven by a 75-year-old man from Silver Lake, and a 14-year-old passenger.
Authorities say the jeep rear-ended a 2014 Isuzu flatbed truck that was slowing down in the center southbound lane.
All three of the Jeep’s occupants were transported to nearby hospitals. Zupko later died from her injuries, authorities said.
The driver of the Isuzu was not injured.
