A police body camera caught a shooting suspect bolting from officers overnight and now officials say he's still on the loose.
Police are looking for 35-year-old Lundun Beecher, who also goes by the name Christian Davidson.
He was last seen around 3 a.m. Monday morning, running from the Fairfield Inn parking lot.
Police responded to the hotel after receiving an incomplete 911 call from a woman who said a man was trying to hit her.
When the first officer arrived, he found Beecher and the victim in the parking lot. When the officer asked Beecher to sit in the back of his cruiser, Beecher refused and took off.
After Beecher got away, the woman who called 911 told police that he was wanted for something much more serious.
"He got a warrant out," you can hear her saying on the body camera. "Probably for attempted murder."
Police said the warrant is actually for felonious assault. He allegedly shot a man in the chest in Akron on May 16.
Officers from three departments searched for Beecher but they were unable to track him down.
Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call 911.
