PENINSULA, Ohio — Ski season is almost here.
Boston Mills and Brandywine Ski Resorts will open Friday.
The resort said that after a strong snow making campaign and a little help from Mother Nature there is enough of a base for the ski lifts.
“The announcement of the Vail purchase, two all-new retail locations, high caliber ski and snowboard events, and the prediction of a strong winter season by the Farmers’ Almanac has everyone excited to hit the slopes," public relations director Thomas Conti said.
Boston Mills' opening weekend hours are:
- Friday, Dec. 20; 10:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.
- Saturday, Dec. 21; 9:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.
- Sunday, Dec. 22; 9:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.
Brandywine's opening weekend hours are:
- Friday, Dec. 20; 3:30 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.
- Saturday, Dec. 21; 9:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.
- Sunday, Dec. 22; 9:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.
