On Tuesday around 9:25 p.m. and again on Thursday at 8:34 p.m., the BP Gas Station at 2496 East Aurora Rd. was robbed at gunpoint, police reported.
Police said the suspect brandished a handgun in both incidents and fled on foot after removing cash from the register.
Officials believed the suspect in both incidents was the same.
The suspect was described by police as a thin black man, approximately 5’10” to 6’00” tall, between the ages of 16 and 26, and may have a scar under his right eye. The suspect wore the same dark clothing and his face was covered with a red bandana in each case.
