Eight people were injured when a bus overturned in Akron Sunday morning.
According to police, the bus hit a curb and overturned at the intersection of South High and Selle streets.
Police said the Barons Bus Lines bus was taking students back to Ohio University after spring break.
Officials say a mechanical failure could have occurred before the bus overturned.
The eight who were transported to a local hospital have non life-threatening injuries, police said.
A spokesperson for the school could not be reached.
