On Tuesday at 10:15 p.m., Cuyahoga Falls Fire Department responded to a fire at a residence in the 2300 block of Liberty Street.

While working on the fire, authorities said personnel noticed what appeared to be a marijuana grow operation in the home.

Cuyahoga Falls police and narcotics were called to the home to investigate. A search warrant was executed and 20 marijuana plants were seized as well as various indoor grow equipment.
