A 56-year-old man died Wednesday in a food delivery accident, Bath Township Police Chief Vito Sinopoli confirmed.
It happened just before 9:30 a.m. in the West Market Plaza, 3687 Medina Road.
Chief Sinopoli said pallets and a forklift fell on the 56-year-old delivery driver while he was unloading a truck near Honey Baked Ham, causing fatal injuries.
The medical examiner was called to the scene. The driver's name has not yet been released.
