A 49-year-old man was found shot to death Saturday morning inside of his Akron home, according to officers.
The discovery was made around 11:30 a.m. in the 200 block of Uhler Avenue.
Akron police said the landlord went to the residence to repair the shower when he found the victim in the living room with an apparent gunshot wound.
Police said they are investigating the man’s death as a homicide. His name has not been released pending notification to his family.
