Police are looking for a man who allegedly followed a woman around a Kohl's department store on Monday and then took a photo of her while she was changing in a dressing room.
The incident happened at the Kohl's at 4240 Kent Road in Stow at around 9 p.m.
The victim told authorities she was approached by a man in the store's juniors section, but lost sight of him when she went inside one of the dressing rooms.
The woman said that while inside the stall she looked down and saw the man's shoes and a hand holding a cell phone under the stall's barrier. The person holding the phone took a photo of the woman. The victim screamed and the man ran out of the dressing rooms, the report said.
Witnesses told police they saw the man leave the dressing room and flee the store. He was carrying his shoes in his hands when he left, the report said.
