A Lake Township man is facing charges after Summit County sheriff's deputies found him 'partially undressed' in the back of a car with a 17-year-old girl.

The Summit County Sheriff's Office received a report around 10 p.m. Monday about a suspicious car in Boettler Park in Green.

When deputies arrived, they found 59-year-old Samuel Vitrano in the backseat of the car with the 17-year-old girl.

According to Summit County Sheriff's Office investigator Bill Holland, Vitrano was partially undressed and the car had an odor of marijuana. He also was allegedly hiding a bag of meth in his mouth.

After further investigation, deputies learned Vitrano had contacted the girl online and arranged for them to meet so he could pay her to have sex.

Holland said they are investigating roughly six other cases in which adults in the area contacted juveniles on that same website for the purposes of sex.

Both Vitrano and the minor were found to be in possession of drugs.

Vitrano was charged with tampering with evidence, possession of meth, solicitation and posession of drug abuse instruments. He was arrested and taken to the Summit County Jail.

The teen girl was arrested and charged with prostitution and possession of marijuana.
