MISSING: Man with schizophrenia from Tuscarawas Co. may be attempting to travel to WV

The Tuscarawas County Sheriff's Office is looking for a missing man who suffers from various mental health issues.

Deputies said Doney Raines, 42, went missing on July 26 from his residence at 2068 Stonecreek Road SW in York Township between 1:30 p.m. and 4 p.m. Authorities believe he left on a bicycle and may be attempting to travel to West Virginia.

Officials said Raines lives with his brother. According to his brother, Raines suffers from schizophrenia, causing him to have the mentality of a 10-year-old. Deputies said Raines has no history of being violent.

Raines is 5-feet-8-inches tall and 185 pounds. He has short, dirty-blonde hair, blue eyes and a stocky/chubby build. He also has a heart tattooed on his left shoulder.
