The Ohio State Highway Patrol is looking for information that could help them complete their investigation into a fatal hit-skip crash on Interstate 70.

The agency is looking for information regarding the driver of a semi-truck that struck two men alongside the highway, injuring one and killing the other.

On March 3, 2015, Douglas Griffin of Cleves got out of his semi truck after it became disabled at milepost 79 on eastbound I-70 in Madison County.

Another commercial truck driver, Michael West of Cincinnati, pulled over and got out of his truck to assist.

An unidentified semi-truck driver hit the two men and continued eastbound without stopping. Griffin was pronounced dead at the scene. West sustained serious injuries.

The OSHP is asking any potential witnesses to contact them at 614-799-6633.
