CLEVELAND — Sad news from the Ohio State Highway Patrol.
The department announced Friday that K-9 Rexey, a 5-year-old German shepherd and part of the Cleveland district's Criminal Patrol Team, has died.
OSHP said Rexey's died unexpectedly overnight.
Rexey worked as a drug-detecting K-9 for the department.
Rest in peace Rexey.
