CLEVELAND — Nearly a hundred volunteers spent Saturday taking part in a labor of love, planting trees in Forest City.
In honor of Arbor Day, which was Friday, April 26, volunteers planted trees around the Fullerton School in Cleveland’s Slavic Village Neighborhood.
Some neighbors also got free trees for their yards.
The event was part of a plan by the Cleveland Tree Coalition to plant trees across the city.
