STARK COUNTY, Ohio — A Stark County man charged last year for an alleged sexual assault has been acquitted on all charges, according to Stark County Court of Common pleas records.
Joseph A. Cook, of North Lawrence, was indicted in 2020 for rape and gross sexual imposition.
He was found not guilty on Friday, court records state.
