The cold water caused problems for some residents on the east side of Cleveland due to a water main break Sunday morning.
News 5 crews were on the scene when the water was rushing onto Stevenson Road in the South Colinwood neighborhood.
Cleveland water told us they are aware of the break and have crews working to fix it.
There is no information on when it might be prepared.
