CLEVELAND — UPDATE: Cleveland police have located a missing 65-year-old woman with dementia.

The Cleveland Police Department is searching for a missing 65-year-old woman who suffers from Alzheimer's and dementia, according to a police report.

She went missing from her sister’s house in the area of East 109th Street and St. Clair Avenue. Her granddaughter said she was last seen at around 2:00 a.m. on Friday.

She wandered off in the past where she has been known to ride RTA buses to MetroHealth Hospital.

She was last seen wearing a black hoodie, gray sweatpants and a white t-shirt.
