CLEVELAND — Cleveland police are searching for a missing 14-year-old girl last seen by her grandmother on Dec. 29, 2019.
Jessica Felts was staying with a family member who was recently arrested and was placed in the custody of social services, police said.
Police checked with Jessica’s school and confirmed she no longer attends. They also checked the records of the family member Jessica was staying with and confirmed she is not in jail, according to police.
Jessica is described as standing 5-feet, 9-inches tall and weighing 120 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
Anyone with information regarding the teen’s whereabouts is asked to call police.
