Cleveland police searching for teen missing since February

CLEVELAND — Cleveland police are asking the public’s help in locating a 17-year-old who has been missing since February of this year.

Julius Webster was last seen since Feb. 1 after he got into an altercation at his grandmother’s home and never returned. He was reported missing on Feb. 26 by his social worker.

Julius is described by police as a black male, 6 feet 2 inches tall, 180 pounds in weight, with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing black jogging pants and a multi-color t-shirt.
