EAST CLEVELAND, Ohio — The City of East Cleveland is attempting to locate missing 20-year-old Dymond Cook, last seen Monday morning at about 10 a.m.
Cook was last seen near the 1800 block of Page Avenue in East Cleveland. She may be heading to the area of the 2900 block of Harvey Avenue in Cleveland, police said.
Cook is described by police as a black female, 5 feet 3 inches in height, 185 pounds with pink hair and glasses.
Police said Cook is special needs and needs medication every 12 hours.
