EUCLID, Ohio — A Missing Endangered Adult Alert has been issued by the Euclid Police Department for a missing 84-year-old man last seen leaving the BraeView Care and Rehabilitation Center in Euclid.
The alert was issued for Cuyahoga County and surrounding counties: Geauga, Lake, Lorain, Medina, Portage, and Summit.
Samuel Isabell, 84, walked away from his residence on June 17 at around 1:30 p.m. and hasn’t been seen since.
Police said he suffers from dementia and requires medication, which he does not have with him.
He was last seen wearing a red, white and blue jacket, a black hat with the word “Kongal” embroidered on it. He has black hair and brown eyes.
