YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio — An Endangered Missing Adult Alert has been issued for a 66-year-old woman who suffers from dementia.
Charlene Wallace, 66, has severe dementia and she walked away from her home on Thornton Avenue in Youngstown.
She has gray hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a red shirt and blue jeans.
Anyone who has seen her is asked to call 1-866-693-9171 or 911 to be transferred directly to the investigating law enforcement agency.
