RICHMOND HEIGHTS, Ohio — Police are looking for a 20-year-old woman from Richmond Heights who was last seen Monday evening.
Authorities said the woman, Rachelle Bohanon, is developmentally delayed and may have gone out Monday night with someone she met online.
