MANSFIELD, Ohio — UPDATE: The woman has been found.
A Silver Alert has been issued after an 87-year-old Mansfield woman didn't return home.
She was last seen around 10 a.m. when she left her home for an appointment.
Police said it is believed she was possibly last seen inside of her vehicle at 6:45 p.m. in the area of Maumee Avenue.
Anyone with information on her location is asked to call 911.
