OLMSTED TOWNSHIP, Ohio — A statewide Endangered Missing Adult Alert has been issued for a 76-year-old resident who was last seen Monday leaving her residence on Parade Street in the city of Olmsted Township.
Marguerite E. Henrich, 76, left her home at around noon in a 2018 Honda Civic with OH plate number 067ZET.
She suffers from dementia and other medical conditions, and law enforcement is concerned for her safety. She requires medication that she doesn’t have with her, police said.
Henrich is described as 5 feet tall, weighing approximately 175 pounds with gray hair and blue eyes.
Anyone who has seen her or the vehicle is asked to contact 1-866-693-9171 to be transferred to the corresponding law enforcement agency.
