Upon arrival, members of the House of Representatives will have a chance to pay their respects before a public viewing takes place this evening.

A public viewing at the Capitol building is one of the highest honors an elected official can received upon their death with the last public viewing taking place in 2019 when Rep. Elijah Cummings died.
