A father went above and beyond to spend time with his flight attendant daughter who was assigned to work up in the skies on Christmas Eve.
This story has gone viral thanks to Mike Levy, 31, from Toledo, who sat beside the dad who booked the same flight his daughter was working on.
"I asked if he was going home or on vacation and he said his daughter was a flight attendant and so he was just flying around with her," Levy told ABC News.
Hal Vaughan followed his daughter around the country so she wouldn't be alone on Christmas Eve.
The flight attendant, Pierce Vaughan, re-shared Levy's post publicly on Facebook, writing, "Dad’s first trip using his benefits was a success! A special thanks to all of the patient, wonderful gate agents around the country and my perfect crew. He made it on every flight and even got first class RSW-DTW (Christmas miracle)."
Since Monday, Levy's heartwarming post has received 31,000 shares and 157,000 likes.
