An Ohio inmate who was sought after being mistakenly released from Lucas County Jail last week has been apprehended by authorities in Michigan.
Don Ellis, 28, was previously charged with bank robbery and possession of firearms relating to a bank robbery at Fifth Third Bank in Toledo on Aug. 13. Two days later, Ellis was released from custody and disappeared.

Ellis was located by FBI agents in a Detroit hotel around 10:30 p.m. on Monday, authorities said.
Ellis is now facing an additional charge of escape, according to the FBI.
