Governor Kasich ordered flags to be flown at half-staff from sunrise until sunset on Wednesday, December 7, in honor of Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day.
Kasich issued a resolution on Tuesday:
From the governor’s Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day resolution: “We remember the lives lost that tragic December morning and we owe all men and women of our military a debt of gratitude that we can never fully repay. I encourage all Ohioans to attend special ceremonies and remembrances honoring this event in our nation’s history.”
