The holidays are coming early to the Ohio State Fair as the theme for this year's butter cow sculpture display has been announced, and it's a Cleveland favorite.

Using over a ton of butter, the sculpture features iconic scenes from the movie "A Christmas Story." Featured scenes made entirely out of butter include a Christmas tree decorated with real lights, Ralphie in his bunny suit, and of course, the classic leg lamp.

The American Dairy Association Mideast said it took sculptors over 400 hours to make. The butter masterpiece is kept cool in a 36-foot cooler chilled at 46 degrees, according to the dairy association.

You can check out the "A Christmas Story" butter sculpture for yourself at the Ohio State Fair between Wednesday, July 25 and Sunday, August 5.
