What was thought to be a human heart found in a bag contains no human DNA.
The Lucas County Coroners' Office confirmed that the heart is not human after conducting a series of tests. They said the heart belongs to a mammal, possibly a pig, but it's definitively not human.

The heart was originally found near a gas station in Norwalk, Ohio in late August. An ambulance crew orignally discovered the heart.
