The Cleveland Indians have set a franchise record after their 15th straight victory. Pitching ace Corey Kluber helped deliver the big win tonight in Chicago, as the Indians topped the White Sox 11-2.

Kluber struck out 13 batters. Indians hitters clubbed 5 home runs.

The 15-game wining streak snaps the club’s franchise record that was set just last season from June 17-July 1. According to Indians, the club is just the third team in the Modern Era of Major League history (since 1900) with multiple winning streaks of 14+ games in back-to-back seasons.

The Indians return home for a match-up Friday at Progressive Field. Cleveland hosts the Baltimore Orioles. First pitch is scheduled for 7:10 p.m.
