Amid tense negotiations with the Cleveland Cavaliers, Tristan Thompson will not attend the team's media day.
ESPN's Brian Windhorst reported Monday that the Cavs and Thompson failed to come to an agreement over the weekend.

Windhorst reports that the team did not accept Thompson's most recent offer of a $53 million, three-year maximum contract.
Thompson has until Thursday to accept the Cavs' one-year qualifying offer of $6.9 million.
