The Cavs' Game 4 loss to the Toronto Raptors Monday sent some Cleveland fans into a panic.

But LeBron was never worried.

"I've been a part of some really adverse situations," James said after Game 5, "and I just didn't believe that this was one of them."

The Cavaliers regained control of the Eastern Conference finals with a 116-78 win Wednesday night.

Kevin Love led with 25 points. LeBron scored 23 and then sat out the fourth quarter.

"I've just been very calm about the situation," James said. "Our guys knew what we did and what we didn’t accomplish in Toronto. And I’m not taking away from the fact that how big of a game this was—cause it is, it was a Game 5 on our home floor in a series tied 2-2. But from the very moment we lost Game 4 I was just very calm about the situation, seeing the good that we can prepare and get better for Game 5 instead of looking at all the bad we did."

If the Cavs win in Toronto on Friday, they'll earn a trip to the NBA Finals.
