Cleveland Browns defensive back De'Ante Saunders pled not guilty in court Monday after being arrested on Christmas for operating a vehicle while intoxicated, according to Berea Municipal Court.

Saunders was arrested by the Ohio State Highway Patrol around 2:15 a.m. Christmas morning after a traffic stop on I-71 SB in Brook Park, according to a citation obtained by newsnet5.com.

According to the traffic citation, Saunders was cited for going 75 mph in a 60 mph zone.

Saunders was also cited for driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, according to the citation.

Though Browns linebacker Armonty Bryant was not arrested or charged, OSHP officials said he was in possession of Adderall. It will be determined by the Cuyahoga County prosecutor's office if he will face charges.
