It's official. Manziel is on his own.
The quarterback's agent announced Friday that he is parting ways with the player, who can't seem to keep his name out of the headlines.
"It is with deep regret that, after several emotional and very personal discussions with his family, his doctors and my client himself, I have made the decision to terminate my professional relationship with Johnny Manziel," agent Erik Burkhardt said in a statement to ESPN.
This comes one day after police records were releasedregarding a domestic incident with his girlfriend in Texas.
The records showed that ex-girlfriend Colleen Crowley told police that Manziel had become aggressive with her and was acting 'as if he were on some kind of drugs.'
Fort Worth Police told newsnet5.com Thursday evening that Manziel has not been charged with anything and because "no offense occurred in the Fort Worth jurisdiction." There is no criminal investigation underway.
