CLEVELAND — Gregg Williams shared a message with NFL Network's Ian Rapoport he wanted Cleveland fans to hear.

The Browns hired interim offensive coordinator Freddie Kitchens as their head coach on Wednesday.

Williams went 5-3 as interim head coach with the team.
